While Secretary of the PA Dept. of Health, Levine's decisions led to over 50% of the COVID-19 deaths in Pennsylvania. With Gov. Wolf and Cuomo's help, Levine required senior living facilities to accept COVID positive patients.
Levine removed her own mother from a senior living facility and put her up in the luxurious Hershey Hotel while leaving thousands of others trapped without access to their families. She put our seniors, health care providers, and their families at risk.
The Pennsylvania State legislature is investigating Levine and Wolf to determine if they engaged in the same type of corruption as Cuomo.
I urged my colleagues in the Senate to vote NO on her confirmation.
We have to be a check on the Biden Administration, who rewarded Levine for her irresponsible mandates and potential corruption.
Stopping the Biden Administration starts with winning back the House in 2022.
