Hi Friend,

With Women’s History Month coming to a close next week, I’ve been thinking a lot about the changemakers in my life. It’s pretty amazing to realize that in every corner of our planet, there are women and nonbinary folks fighting every day for the same thing: a better future for their community.

That’s a fight that all of us know very well. And I also know that for people battling it out every single day -- finding the energy again and again to push for change -- sometimes, a little bit of appreciation makes all the difference. So I wanted to share a challenge with you: this week, will you reach out to one changemaker you know and tell them how grateful you are for their work?

What I love most about this movement is how we uplift each other. It’s how we’ve gotten this far, and it’s how we’ll push forward to turn Texas blue for the long haul. I can’t tell you how grateful I am to have you fighting alongside us.
