We just got word that Claudia Tenney is set to launch her candidacy against Anthony as soon as TOMORROW (she flubbed her release by accidentally posting her video a day early so now we have a chance to rally before her official launch). And TONIGHT we’re up against our critical FEC fundraising deadline.

In a moment, we’ll explain what this means for our campaign, but first be sure to chip in $5 or more to our end of quarter fundraising goal.

Look, now that Tenney’s officially announcing her run, her campaign is about to be inundated with cash from the Washington’s special interests that know Anthony can’t be bought.

We’re proud to be running a people-powered campaign fueled by grassroots donors. But we have to double down on our fundraising efforts if we’re going to defend this toss up district. To put it plainly, the stakes for tonight’s fundraising deadline just got a whole lot bigger now that Tenney is in.

• She proudly voted to destroy protections for those with pre-existing conditions and supports legislation that would take away healthcare coverage from millions of Americans.
• Tenney handed a gigantic tax break to wealthy corporations like Spectrum cable and got rid of the state and local tax deductions that so many Upstate families rely on.
• After calling Democrats “un-American” for not applauding the president, and saying most mass murderers “end up being Democrats,” she’s never going to be the leader we need to bridge divides in Washington.
