That’s the first thing we see when we log into our ActBlue account — and we’re proud of that number. At just a $17.42 average contribution, we’re building a powerful small-dollar, grassroots movement for real, systemic change.
On March 31st, we’re facing our first quarterly FEC fundraising deadline, and we’ve set a goal of raising $3 million to show potential opponents that our movement is stronger than ever. Our opponent last cycle raised more than $10 million against us, so we need to be prepared for someone with that same corporate fundraising power to run against us this cycle.
Alexandria doesn’t spend hours calling corporate donors with deep pockets. Nearly all of our campaign’s fundraising comes from ads and emails like this.
We depend on the $3, $10, and $17.42 contributions from everyday people like you chipping in as often as they can.
