This month marks three years since the historic March for Our Lives.

In 2018, after the tragic and devastating shooting in Parkland, Florida, in my home county, young activists came together to demand action on gun safety reforms.

It’s been three years and we’re still fighting the GOP — controlled by the insidious NRA — to pass these reforms.

That’s why my House colleagues and I took action on legislation that would require background checks on all gun purchases.
