How Can We Help Children at the Border?

In recent months, thousands of unaccompanied migrant children have arrived at our southern border seeking protection from the violence, climate disaster, and extreme poverty that have ravaged Central America and beyond. Lutheran Immigration and Refugee Service operates across the country to provide care to unaccompanied children and is urgently working with our service partners, community groups, and volunteers to address the critical needs of recently arrived children and working to reunite them with a family member here in the United States.

Join us for "Our Call to Care: Supporting Unaccompanied Children at the Southern Border" on Wednesday, March 31 at 4 p.m. ET to learn more about the unaccompanied children at our border, actions LIRS is taking to support them, and ways you can join us in the work of protecting and welcoming vulnerable children and families.
