(R-PA) raised by the end of
Q1 of the 2016 cycle, which was the last time this Senate seat was
contested. "Cash on hand" is how much money a campaign has left in the
bank.

2016, the GOP was so desperate to help Senator Toomey keep this Senate
seat that they spent millions of dollars early on to protect it.

Now that Senator Toomey is retiring, they’re even more desperate to hang
on to this seat. The GOP went hard to save Toomey’s Senate seat in 2016,
and we know they’ll go hard again in 2022.
