As of September 30, 2020, the larger U.S. carrier industry began to more strictly enforce their policies and guidelines across the entire Application-to-Person (A2P) messaging ecosystem. According to the CTIA definition of A2P messaging [ [link removed] CTIA Messaging Principles and Best Practices One Pager.pdf ] , political messaging is classified as A2P and subject to A2P policies and guidelines.

During this webinar, Bill Raney of Copilevitz, Lam & Raney, will walk through the new A2P standard 10-digit long code requirements from AT&T, discuss why mobile providers are able to freely block text messages and share best practices to avoid text message blocking.

Moderated by: Zandria Haines, Vice President, SBDigital

Featuring: Bill Raney, Partner, Copilevitz, Lam & Raney
