Last week, Former GOP State Senator Frank Artiles was arrested for election crimes in the Florida Senate District 37 Election.

Artiles allegedly paid Alexis Rodriguez ~$40K to run as a No Party Affiliation candidate and siphon votes away from the Democrat.

The Department of Justice needs to investigate this scheme immediately. We need to know who else was involved in this scheme that benefitted Florida Republicans.

Republicans claim to be very worried about election fraud. Meanwhile, they’ve committed election crimes right here in Miami-Dade. We need answers now--please join me in calling for a DOJ investigation into the Artiles scheme today.

There is a great irony here: Republicans in Tallahassee are working hard to pass legislation to restrict mail-in voting. Every single House Republican voted against H.R.1, a landmark bill to make our elections more secure.

But when Republicans committed election crimes in Florida, the same politicians who followed Trump’s lead and cried “voter fraud” in 2020 stayed silent.

Republicans benefitted from the scheme in SD37. We need answers now. Click here to join our call for a DOJ investigation today.
