before the House Financial Services Committee Tuesday to provide an update on

sales see sharpest drop since 2013 in February
New-home sales fell
18.2 percent in February from January's upwardly revised rate of 948,000
annualized units to 775,000 units during the month. This represents the sharpest
month-over-month decline since 2013, flagged by NAFCU's Curt Long in a new Macro Data Flash report.
