We know that gun violence is a public health crisis, and until the leaders of our country address gun violence as a public health crisis with resources and policy, it will not end.

Senator Booker in today’s hearing said the following, "Each gunshot wound costs the US hundreds of thousands of dollars, but that’s nothing compared to what it is doing to our Nation's soul, and the lies and the fear-mongering about how law-abiding citizens won’t be able to have guns is just belied by the data."

Please join us by demanding that our Senators pass Background Checks for All Gun Sales, and the companion bill to close the deadly Charleston Loophole. You can also sign our assault weapon ban petition and let your lawmakers know it's time to end the ownership of weapons of war that are used to carry out mass shootings.
