First the tragic loss of eight people in Atlanta, fueled by anti-Asian hatred. Then the loss of ten more people in Boulder. In just a single week, our nation has witnessed two horrific mass shootings, which have left eighteen families grieving.

It doesn’t have to be this way. We have hard data that proves that reducing access to guns reduces deadly shootings like what we just witnessed. The only thing that stands in our way is partisan politics.

Now is the time to demand that our governor, state legislature, and leaders in Washington immediately pass actual gun control laws to keep these weapons of mass murder out of our communities. Demand real action on gun control now, by adding your name here >>

It is not an exaggeration to say gun control laws could have prevented the two mass shootings this past week.

The Atlanta shooter legally purchased the gun he used in the shooting just hours before the shooting took place. Meanwhile, the Boulder shooter used an AR-15. Colorado’s state legislature rejected a bill banning the sale of AR-15s and other assault weapons in the state only ten days prior to the shooting.

The time for action is now. We can’t wait until the next deadly shooting to act. Demand real action on gun control by adding your name here >>
