Tell your senators: Take action to end gun violence

John,

Today, the Senate Judiciary Committee held a hearing on proposals to reduce gun violence. The hearing came just one day after the horrific mass shooting in Boulder and less than a week after the mass shooting in Atlanta.

John, we need more than thoughts and prayers from our lawmakers—we need the U.S. Senate to take life-saving action to end gun violence, and we need it now. Send a message to your U.S. senators: Take action on background checks.

SEND A MESSAGE

The Senate needs to address the gun violence crisis and help deliver the first major federal gun safety law in nearly 25 years. And they need to act now: the loopholes in federal law that enable people to acquire guns without a background check have been exacerbated during the COVID-19 pandemic. The need for action has never been clearer.

Send an urgent message to your senators telling them to take action on background checks.

Thank you for all that you do,
