What does DeJoy think he deserves an "A" for? Let's see:
+ Eliminating any financial stability for the USPS
+ Causing massive delivery delays, including for prescriptions and paychecks
+ Enabling Trump's attempts to obstruct mail-in ballots in the 2020 election


And now, he's asking Congress for even more money to keep up his plan to deliver slower mail and drive the USPS into the ground.
