I shot you a text message yesterday right before I was scheduled to speak before the Florida Legislature.

I don’t even know when it happened.
But the Federal Government stripped me of my gun rights.

In 2019, I applied for a concealed carry permit in Florida.
As the most-banned woman in the world and an active target of Antifa and the Lunatic Left, I have more than enough reasons to protect myself.
My application was denied, and after a lot of bureaucratic back and forth, I was informed that my name is in the NICS database (the National Instant Background Check System).
Now, I’ve never been convicted of felony, I’m not a fugitive from justice, not a drug user, etc., etc., etc.
There are 12 reasons for a denial in NICS – and I’m all clear on 11 of them.
But there’s a 12th category called the “Federally Denied Persons File.”
And from what I’ve learned, if you upset a bureaucrat or a powerful person, you can end up on that file without notice.
In 2018, I confronted former FBI Director James Comey.
Today, I can’t purchase or even possess a firearm because I’m in the FBI’s NICS database.

Since this happened to me, I’ve been tracking the NICS database that’s controlled by the FBI.
This year alone, 23,926 people have been stopped from purchasing a firearm because they were denied by NICS.
Just in February of this year, 100,322 people were added to the database – and that doesn’t include the mysterious “Federally Denied Persons File”.
There are 23.4 MILLION names in the NICS database under eleven categories.
That’s 7% of the US population that’s been stripped of their 2nd Amendment Rights!
And again, that doesn’t include the FBI’s secret list – that secret 12th category for denial.
While I desperately need to restore my right to defend myself, I want to expose the “Federally Denied Persons File” in court.

The Democrat-controlled House has already passed two gun control bills within the last few weeks.
The main premise of those bills is to give the FBI MUCH more time to run your name through their database – along with giving them more time to investigate Americans.
I’m 100% confident that I’m in that database because of my political activism, and I’m not the only one it’s happened to.
My friend James O’Keefe had his gun rights stripped – and he had to fight in court to get them back.
Now, I’m doing the same with the intent to expose a corrupt system.
