In our fourth episode of Matter of Action, Wayne Morrow talks with Evan Mulch about the diversity of our members and the importance of adhering to our Constitution. Evan presents us with a fascinating video of the diversity of some of our members in his area where you can hear some of their incredible stories.
Evan explains how he is able to recruit these different members as well as the importance to have this diversity in your own chapter. He discusses how many of those members are more fired up than most of our members because a lot of them have lived through poverty caused by the effects of Communism. It’s easier for them to see what’s going on based upon where they’ve been and what they've seen. Evan finds it important for people from many different cultures to come together to tell their stories. For the most part, many Americans just want to be around people of their own culture. If you live in the suburbs you will most likely hang out with people in the suburbs, not necessarily those in the inner city. However most of these people all have the same idea in their head. They love America and want to continue to fight for and protect their freedoms.
Evan also discusses the Article V movement with State Rep. Josiah Magnuson (R-SC). Josiah explains his disapproval of any Con-Con movement and urges us to go back to following the Constitution. Josiah believes that an Article V Convention would be like handing a big gun to the enemies of the Constitution. Many times these delegates are liberals or are just folks that have no understanding of what the Constitution means. Josiah urges us to elect more moral, virtuous folks into office who will take a stand against unconstitutional actions.
