Hi there, I’m back with another update on our campaign.

First, I want to thank you for your support and dedication thus far. My team and I looked at the numbers and I’m honored by how many of you have been chipping in what you can and making your voices heard on this campaign. This has been another successful month for us and it’s all thanks to supporters like you.

Here’s what’s been happening with our campaign recently:

• DCCC Frontline Program. The DCCC listed our campaign as a key Frontline district. This news solidifies what we already knew: keeping NV-03 blue is critical to maintaining Democratic control of the House of Representatives. The Frontline Program will help put our race even further into the spotlight, bring attention to our hard work, and show that we’re in it to win it when the 2022 midterms roll around.
• TWO new Republican opponents. There are now TWO Republicans who have filed to run against me. Let me be clear when I say that my highest priority is serving the people of this district. I will not be deterred, even if the Republican Party wants to line up candidates to try to stall our progress in Congress.
• Our ads are back up on Facebook. Facebook recently lifted their ban on political ads, so we’re taking this opportunity to raise awareness about our campaign during the pandemic. Although it’s not nearly the same as meeting face-to-face, I’m happy that we can continue making connections with folks across our district as we approach the light at the end of this pandemic’s dark tunnel. I’m positive that our ads will welcome plenty of new supporters to our campaign.
• The American Rescue Plan. My colleagues and I passed the American Rescue Plan and sent it to President Biden’s desk for signing. The following day, President Biden signed the landmark legislation into law, giving families across NV-03 much-needed relief. Because of the American Rescue Plan, so many Nevadans are now able to put food on their table, afford childcare, and pay their bills. The American Rescue Plan is the perfect example of what compassionate leadership looks like in action.

Even with all of this good news, we can’t get complacent. Don’t forget, we won our last election by just three points. We have to continue firing on all cylinders going forward.

This month’s progress serves as a reminder that we’re better off when we work together. As always, I’m deeply appreciative of your support and am honored to be your representative in Congress.
