We're not kidding when we say there are lives at stake.

Right now, Donald Trump and 18 Republican-run states are battling in court, attempting yet again to repeal the Affordable Care Act in its entirety. If they win, they'll be ripping away healthcare from more than 20 million Americans -- including 800,000 people in Washington state and 50,000 people here in the 8th district.

The right to affordable healthcare is not a red or blue issue. It's a human issue.

As one of the few doctors in Congress (and the only woman doctor), Dr. Kim Schrier is fighting back and working to protect everyone's right to affordable healthcare -- but she can't do it alone, team.

Our first deadline of the new quarter is tonight at midnight, and we're still $3,732 short of our $12,000 goal -- and if we don't hit it, we're putting Kim's seat at risk.
