Hello John,
The past week has been extremely difficult for our community. We are hurt, exhausted, and furious over the repeated attacks on AAPI communities across the country. For the past year we have endured an awful and prolonged collective trauma, and despite historic wins and our growth as a community, it is sometimes impossible not to feel the full pressing weight of how far we have left to go.
We hope you can take the time you need to sit with what we have endured. And when you're ready, we hope you'll join us in our fight to vote out the racists in power who encourage these attacks and replace them with diverse leaders who will fight for a brighter, safer, and more inclusive future.
