I’m thrilled to share that, thanks to the support of so many of you, we smashed all of our goals for collecting the required signatures to get on the ballot this June.
More than 100 volunteers stepped up over the last 3 weeks to do a shift with our campaign, not to mention the dozens more who petitioned with our endorsing clubs and aligned candidates in races all around the city.
All told, despite the pandemic’s disruptions, our 100% grassroots team with the help of partner groups and campaigns collected more than 20,000 signatures from New Yorkers to get on the ballot this June.
THANK YOU to so many of you who stood in the wind and cold, circulated a petitioning form to your neighbors, or helped with data entry and logistics. We absolutely could not have done it without you (or without our amazing organizing team)!
Petitioning is ending this week, but we have a ton more ways to get involved (virtually, from home!) to have conversations with fellow New Yorkers about the leadership our city needs as we begin to recover from this pandemic year. Sign up to volunteer with us!
