Since 2017, Abdullah Hammoud has been serving his community as State Representative for Michigan's 15th district. During his tenure he has secured 200 million dollars for small businesses hit hardest by the pandemic, secured 10 million dollars to improve public schools, and advocated vehemently for climate change by holding companies like 'AK Steel' and 'Nestle' accountable.

This is why Emgage PAC is proud to announce our endorsement of Abdullah Hammoud for Mayor of Dearborn, Michigan! 

According to the 2010 Census, Dearborn is home to the largest Arab and Muslim population in the United States. If Abdullah Hammoud is successful in his campaign, he will make history as Dearborn's first Muslim and first Lebanese American mayor.
