hearing
considering
my
bill
to
grant
D.C.
statehood
was
postponed,
and
now,
it’s
happening
TODAY.

Biden
came
out
in
support
of
D.C.
statehood!

Momentum is growing for our efforts to make Washington, D.C. the 51st state of the United States. We need to keep it going -- sign our petition today and show your support for putting an end to this long-standing injustice. [[link removed]]

There are 700,000 Americans who call D.C. home -- which is greater than the populations of some other states -- and Washingtonians pay more in taxes per capita than any state.

And still, D.C. residents don’t have full voting representation in Congress.
