President Biden wants to return MILLIONS OF TAX DOLLARS to Planned Parenthood.

We’re going to the Supreme Court to stop that from happening.

In a multi-front attack, President Biden is trying to REVERSE a pro-life rule – that we fought for in the courts and won – that blocked over $60 MILLION from Planned Parenthood. Planned Parenthood is also demanding that the Supreme Court OVERTURN this rule.

Planned Parenthood just reported committing a horrifying 354,871 abortions in the last year, while taking a staggering $618 million in taxpayer funding – breaking its own vile record. The abortion giant isn’t short on cash.

But in a shockingly unjust jury verdict, Planned Parenthood was awarded millions of dollars and the judge awarded the abortion giant over $13 million more in attorney’s fees, even after Planned Parenthood was caught in the illegal sale of aborted babies’ body parts.

We’ve appealed this case, and Planned Parenthood’s deadline to respond is looming. But TODAY we are filing a brand-new records demand to further expose the sale of aborted babies’ body parts with federal taxpayer funding. And we’re prepared to go to court if the Biden Administration refuses to comply.
