REGISTER Grand Sponsor Ninth Annual Legislative Breakfast Recap The Arlington Chamber of Commerce hosted the Ninth Annual Legislative Breakfast on March 18. Business, government, and community leaders gathered virtually for a moderated discussion among Senator Janet Howell, Senator Adam Ebbin, Senator Barbara Favola, Delegate Patrick Hope, Delegate Alfonso Lopez, Delegate Rip Sullivan, and Delegate Mark Levine. Michael Pope, Virginia Public Radio reporter, moderated the program. The General Assembly members began the program by discussing the impact of COVID-19 and Virginia's response to it through updates to the Commonwealth's budget. The discussion included the changing needs of education, employment, and small business. The General Assembly members also addressed several questions from the audience. The conversation concluded with reflections on the unique experience of participating in a session held virtually on account of the pandemic.
