Are you a qualified, dynamic first aid trainer looking to join a thriving team in Nottingham City Council? Do you want to join and support a proactive and energetic team, whose purpose is to facilitate change and support the development needs of the workforce, in order to improve services for the citizens of Nottingham? ?? We have an exciting *First Aid Training Officer* opportunity which is vital in supporting this ambition, and will support the procurement, design and delivery of first aid delivery activity across the organisation and to external partners. You will be designing, delivering and evaluating our high quality First Aid provision to a wide range of stakeholders, including Early Years settings, Schools, Adult Social Care, Commercial Operations and corporate groups. You will have the autonomy to tailor the delivery to the audience and to promoting/advertising our services to generate income. ?? If you have experience of facilitating first aid training in a diverse organisation and an ability to conduct assessments, we want to hear from you. ?? *Please provide information in no more than 1,500 words outlining your relevant skills and experience that will enable you to meet each of the following essential criteria*. The essential criteria listed below should be displayed in your Personal Statement as sub-headings with an outline of your skills and experience in each section. ?? *ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:*
* Hold a Level 3 Award in Education and Training (EET) or Preparing to Teach in the Lifelong Learning Sector (PTLLS) and a current First Aid at Work (3 Day) qualification.
* Knowledge and experience to contribute to the delivery of training designed to meet the National Standards requirements and related assessment activity.
* Ability to shape and adapt services to address corporate priorities and customer needs in response to feedback.
* Experience of designing, delivering and evaluating training activities and outcomes.
* Ability to take responsibility for identified areas of work through timely completion of work to a high standard, meeting agreed specifications.
* Ensure compliance with Health and Safety requirements whilst conducting training, working with electrical equipment and DSE requirements.

* Hold a Full Driving licence and use of a car.
