The GOP's unapologetically racially-targeted rhetoric is deeply disturbing, and yet somehow they're pushing the bar for their immoral actions even lower. Arizona Republicans have introduced 24 new suppression bills to limit early voting, mail-in voting, and much more. Many of these bills are slated to be passed in the next few weeks, meaning Arizonians will face ever larger obstacles to voting. Just like in Georgia, the Arizona GOP is relying on voter suppression to win in 2022 -- and we're not going to let them.
The GOP knows the importance of starting the 2022 election fight now, and they're hoping that we won't catch up with them until it's too late -- but they're betting against the wrong people. With your help, Arizona went blue in 2020, and now we're going all in to keep it blue in 2022.
Listen, we know keeping our country's democracy safe from these discriminatory attacks won't be easy -- the GOP has now introduced over 250 voter suppression bills nationwide. There is nothing more important right now than supporting Democrats fighting for voter protection reforms, investing in the progressive champions taking on these despicable representatives, and making it clear that the GOP is now an anti-democracy party.
