Democrats in the Montana Legislature have their work cut out for them in holding Republicans accountable to their campaign promises and denouncing their attempts to pass far-right, anti-worker, anti-Montanans laws.

Thankfully, Senate Minority Leader Jill Cohenour and House Minority Leader Kim Abbott are on the case.

As Rep. Abbott says, “We just haven’t seen much on jobs and the economy from the administration or from Republican lawmakers. But we have seen a lot of attacks on different communities in the state of Montana, LGBTQ and specifically trans folks.”
