After months of negotiations, Congress FINALLY passed COVID relief for millions of Nevadan families.

The American Rescue Plan signed by President Joe Biden:

- Provides immediate relief to working families, including $1400 stimulus payments and extending unemployment insurance;
- Cuts child poverty in HALF by expanding the Child Tax Credit and increasing funding for child care; and
- Accelerates vaccine distribution and expands COVID testing.

This plan was long overdue. But because of President Biden’s swift work, we now have good news for millions of struggling American families.

Americans needed relief, and DEMOCRATS were the ones who stepped up to the plate to help families.
