Hi Team,

I’m Congresswoman Sara Jacobs, representing San Diego and California’s 53rd congressional district. I’m honored to join the Future Forum team as the Freshman Vice-Chair, where I’ll be working alongside Chair Darren Soto and Vice-Chairs Haley Stevens and Colin Allred to tackle issues facing the next generation of Americans.

As one of the youngest women to ever serve in Congress and the youngest member from California, I’ve made it my mission to be a voice for young Americans and to advocate for the issues that uniquely impact my generation — from gun violence to climate change and the Forever Wars to our current economic crisis.

This critical moment in history requires us to think outside of the box. We need to find new and innovative solutions to our biggest challenges. As a Vice-Chair of the Future Forum team, that’s exactly what I plan to do.
