Hi friend, Brandon here! I'm the Deputy Comms Director at DAGA, and it's my job to stay up to date on any news relating to Attorneys General, including what Republican AGs are doing to obstruct the progress that Democratic AGs are fighting for. And I've got a huge update for you today:

This week, 21 Republican AGs sued President Biden over an executive order that revokes the Keystone XL Pipeline permit - his first action as president aimed at combating the climate crisis.

Dem AGs won't let their Republican counterparts use the courts to further degrade our planet or quality of life - and they're pushing back to ensure that every community has clean air and water for decades to come.

Dem AGs are taking action, but we need supporters like you to help us hold Republican AGs accountable by making a $1 donation that will help elect Dem AGs in the over 30 AG seats up for grabs in the next two years. Chip in $1 today!

There's a lot riding on this lawsuit, friend. If the Republican AGs succeed, they'll limit President Biden's ability to issue bold climate reforms in the future - and they'll push our planet to the point of no return.

A GOP victory in this lawsuit will undoubtedly harm all of us AND deepen existing social inequities. Already, BIPOC and low-income communities are reckoning with extreme climate conditions with little to no support; another four years of climate inaction is simply not an option.

Republican AGs are trying to score cheap political points for their mega donors by trying to protect the Keystone XL pipeline. Thankfully, Democratic AGs are committed to protecting our climate and our health for years to come. Help elect more Dem AGs who will protect our planet by chipping in $1 now!

We've got this,
