Your activism, your support, and your commitment to defending our democracy and restoring the American Way are inspiring.
We only have a few hours before our most crucial deadline of the year so far and we’re slightly behind where we need to be to make our budget.
I had to come to you with PFAW's final request of the quarter: to ask that you chip in $7 or more before our midnight deadline.
We’re now just $4,126 away from our end-of-month goal. Anything we raise above that by midnight tonight will go towards closing our 2019 budget gap of $46,921, to ensure we can fully fund our ambitious work to achieve historic progressive victories this year and next.
Like many nonprofit organizations, we had a rocky start to 2019, but we’ve been closing the deficit each month, a little bit at a time – and we’re almost there!
Now, as we close out the third quarter of the year, PFAW is front and center in the biggest and most important progressive fights of the day:
Impeaching Donald Trump;
Flipping party control of the Virginia legislature and turning that critical swing state blue;
Defeating Trump Republicans in 2020 and electing strong progressives up and down the ballot, all across the country.
So it’s never been more urgent that we move from a budget deficit to a budget surplus, so we can back up the winning strategies that will make our country’s future with the resources they so desperately need.
