The House of Representatives made exciting progress yesterday when it passed two immigration bills, signaling Congress might enact major immigration reform—for the first time in over three decades.
One of the bills—The Dream and Promise Act—would provide a pathway to U.S. citizenship for over 4 million Dreamers, Temporary Protected Status (TPS) holders, and other immigrants with longstanding ties to the country.
