‌Good news first: Yesterday, after the Governor announced our election date and we announced our 3,000 contribution, 48-hour fundraising drive we saw a huge surge of support. And also yesterday, our campaign was endorsed by the National Nurses United — a group that’s been on the frontlines of the fight for Medicare for All for years. Through all the uncertainty of this special election, our campaign is thriving. And that’s because of Nina Turner, and it’s because of you.

Now the bad news: The seat becoming vacant last week and the election date announcement yesterday led to a lot of energy — and donations — for our campaign. But today, we’ve slowed down. Not the best news, but it happens.

And while no one is panicked, we need to pick up the pace today to close the gap and hit our 3,000 contribution goal before the weekend. So here’s my request — and it’s an important one today:
