After the November election, Facebook implemented an outright ban on
political ads — it was just lifted, but our campaign lost four months of
crucial grassroots fundraising.
Truth is, in an average month, we can expect about 20% of our fundraising
to come from everyday people donating what they can afford when they see
our Facebook ads.
[ [link removed] ]With this critical small-dollar fundraising tool just now coming back,
we’re behind on our fundraising goal this quarter. We need to close the
gap, so we’re asking: Can you chip in $17 (our campaign’s average
donation) or what you can afford?
[ [link removed] ]Contribute $17
Our movement for justice and equity is powered by grassroots donations,
and that’s reflected in our campaign’s $17 average contribution.
$17 helps Ayanna keep up the fight in Congress. It helps pay our staff a
living wage, run ads, invest in digital organizing tools, and more.
We don’t have millions in the bank, and Ayanna doesn’t take a single dime
from corporate PACs, which is why we need your help.
[ [link removed] ]If you can afford it, will you chip in $17 to help us close the gap
and reach our goal before our first quarterly deadline of
2021?
Every donation will help keep our movement strong.
Thanks for your support,
The A-Team
