Folks,

Colorado has some of the most impressive public lands across our country. From our magnificent Rocky Mountains to our beautiful rivers and incredible plains — there’s a reason we’re called “colorful Colorado.”

For too long, Republicans in Washington have worked to carve up our public lands and sell them to the highest bidder. They would allow wealthy corporations focused on bottom line profits to run roughshod over the environment that Colorado families cherish.

That’s why I introduced the Colorado Outdoor Recreation and Economy (CORE) Act to protect over 400,000 acres of public land in Colorado and grow the economy.

The House has passed this bill three times while Mitch McConnell allowed it to collect dust on his desk in the Senate. Now that we have a Democratic majority, we can finally make sure this bill becomes law.

It’s our job to make sure future generations can enjoy America’s beautiful public lands. Will you sign my petition asking the Senate to pass the CORE Act immediately and help protect our environment?
