Mark is a twenty-five year Navy veteran and served as a combat pilot, test pilot, and astronaut. He was honored to serve his country, and he’s proud to continue his service in the Senate.

Mark’s priority is to work with Republicans and Democrats, as well as Arizona defense leaders, to protect and expand Arizona’s role in our national defense.

In the coming months, Mark will put his experience in the Navy and at NASA to work advocating for Arizona’s defense priorities. He will continue to visit Arizona’s military bases and meet with Arizona’s defense community on priorities important to them.

Mark knows what our men and women in uniform have sacrificed to make our country what it is today. And now that he’s in the Senate, he’s committed to making sure they and their families have the support they need.
