Donald Trump is gearing up for a GOP civil war, and POLITICO reports that he is “eager to play a leading role in Senate Republicans' battle for the majority.”
Trump is already dialing up senators to support in 2022 -- but it doesn't end there. He's raising money for them too, and his donors will do ANYTHING to ensure a Republican-controlled Senate.
National Republican Senatorial Committee Chair Rick Scott is already planning to meet with Trump. If Trump helps flip the Senate, there will be so many Republicans who owe him favors. You can bet they will carry on his legacy of locking immigrant children in cages, polluting our air, and undermining our democracy at every turn.
We were able to flip states like Georgia because of you and your hard work. Republicans may think that having Trump on their side will ensure them a victory in 2022, but if we bring the same fight now that we brought to Georgia in January, we will stop Trump's attempt to take over the Senate.
