. Dear John,
The April Elections are less than three weeks away and conservation voters need to get to work to push our conservation champions over the top. Nowhere is the saying “all politics is local” more true than in Wisconsin, where local communities have taken the lead on climate action as the state legislature refuses to take action to address the increasingly dire impacts to our health and environment caused by climate disruption. To win for conservation in April, we need your support to ensure our field team can reach out to as many voters as possible before Election Day. If just 200 conservation voters chip in a gift today , we’ll have the resources we need to push our candidates over the top on April 6th. We’re proud to be working shoulder-to-shoulder with local conservation leaders and activists in communities across the state to support candidates whose values intersect with your own: clean water, clean air, accessible public lands, an equitable and safe democracy, and the pursuit of clean energy. From Appleton to Milwaukee to La Crosse to Peshtigo, the candidates we’ve endorsed are committed to being true conservation champions for their communities and the people – like you – who call those communities home. ![]() Thanks for being a conservation voter, ![]() Seth Hoffmeister Organizing and Political Director Wisconsin Conservation Voters |
