John -
Over the last year, Asian communities in the U.S. have experienced an increase in targeted, often violent discrimination stemming from hateful rhetoric from American politicians and others. Below, you'll find two resources addressing this. First, read a response from Jesuit college and university presidents ([link removed]) condemning this week's hate crimes in Atlanta. Then, read a powerful Q&A with four Jesuit High School Portland students ([link removed]) who are working to combat harmful stereotypes and empower fellow South Asian teenagers to share and feel pride in their culture.
In this email, you'll also find upcoming Solidarity on Tap ([link removed]) information, an opportunity to take action ([link removed]) , and more news and voices from the broader Ignatian network.
Peace,
