Did you see this tweet from Roger Wicker, Republican senator from Mississippi?

A tweet from @SenatorWicker reads, "Independent restaurant operators have won $28.6 billion worth of targeted relief. This funding will ensure small businesses can survive the pandemic by helping to adapt their operations and keep their employees on the payroll," followed by a link to an article from restaurantbusinessonline.com.

Here's the kicker, though: Wicker voted against the American Rescue Plan, which gave restaurants, small business owners, and millions of other Americans this much-needed aid. He wants to be able to have his cake and eat it, too -- refusing to consider Democratic legislation, and then taking credit when it turns out to benefit the American people.

We're taking a stand in support of the American Rescue Plan and against the two-faced GOP senators who want to profit off Democrats' hard work. We need 100 responses by midnight if we want to have any sort of impact, so we're coming to our most committed supporters with one question:
