TRUMP OR DESANTIS IN 2024?

Former President Donald Trump and Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis (R) have won the Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC) straw poll, which was conducted by the Washington Times and announced on the final day of the annual conference.

The straw poll, often used as a barometer that indicates the most popular candidates among conservative voters, found that when Trump was included as a 2024 presidential candidate, he won 55 percent of the vote. DeSantis came in second with 21 percent support, followed by South Dakota Gov. Kristi Noem (R) with 4 percent.

What President Trump stated on Sunday at CPAC is something we believe strongly at American Seniors Association: "We were energy independent. The U.S. became the No. 1 superpower in the world. We left them all in the dust. The Democrats are heading from energy dominance to energy disaster...energy prices will go through the roof and that includes your electric bill...The Biden policies means a massive loss to the U.S. and our great citizens."
