Arlington, TX — Susan Wright, widow of the late-Congressman Ron Wright and a Republican candidate for the May 1st special election in Texas' 6th Congressional District, today announced the endorsement of Andy Biggs, Republican Congressman from the 5th District of Arizona and Chairman of the House Freedom Caucus.
"There's a reason that conservatives are rallying around Susan Wright's campaign: because she is the real deal," Rep. Andy Biggs said. "Susan is a devoted public servant and proven taxpayer champion who says what she means and means what she says when it comes to defending the Constitution, reigning in spending, stopping amnesty for illegal immigrants, and challenging the Washington Cartel. I strongly endorse Susan Wright for Congress and look forward to her election."
"I am absolutely honored to be endorsed by a courageous conservative leader like Congressman Andy Biggs," said Susan Wright. "His principled leadership in Congress is both bold and inspiring, and I look forward to working alongside him to bring genuine conservative change to Washington."
Wright has been endorsed by over 200 individuals and organizations, including five members of the Texas Congressional delegation: Reps. Lance Gooden, Jodey Arrington, Chip Roy, Kay Granger, and Troy Nehls.
