Let me cut to the chase: we’re more than halfway through the month, and we’re falling short of where we need to be to hit our first FEC fundraising goal of the year.

After the reporting deadline hits at the end of the month, party leaders and pundits will be looking closely at our public fundraising numbers to analyze the strength of our campaign.

I’m a Frontline Democrat defending one of the must-win battleground districts of 2022, and I’ve already been named a top target for national Republicans. That’s why we really need our numbers to send a message -- will you help us bring in 96 more donations before midnight to show that we’ve got the grassroots support we need to WIN?
