government systems continue to fail to meet the needs of our communities.

countless others are drowning in medical debt.

The American health care system has a longstanding history of putting
profits over our health and safety. The U.S. pays more per capita for
health care than any other country in the world, yet more than 87 million
people are uninsured or underinsured.

Access to affordable and quality health care shouldnʼt be a matter of
political affiliation,
John. We need both Democratic
and Republican leadership to prioritize people over partisan ideologies
and profits. By passing Medicare For All, we would ensure that no one in
our country is subjected to enormous medical debt, and that all Americans
have equitable access to life-sustaining care and resources. 

Itʼs up to us to help build support and amplify the call for changes to
our health care systems and passing Medicare For All is a major step
towards this goal.
