Today we’re reaching out with two big announcements.

Applications are now open for the June 10 - 14 Arena Academy and the May 7 - 9 Arena Academy 201. Both programs will run online and be accessible to people across the country. 🎉

Arena Academy is a five-day intensive course designed for people with all kinds of experience in politics. Career changers and seasoned staff are welcome. Participants can apply for one of seven tracks: Campaign Manager, Communications, Data, Digital, Finance, Organizing, and Organizing Director. The Academy culminates with a competitive and interactive campaign simulation. After the Academy, we connect participants to our Careers services which include resume coaching, interview prep, and networking to help them land their dream job in politics. Apply today.

Arena Academy 201 is a 2.5-day intensive course designed for people with at least one cycle* of campaign experience who want to level up their people and program management skills. The course is meant for people who want to manage a team or program on a campaign. Participants spend the majority of the 2.5 days in plenary sessions on management and leadership. On the final day, there is an opportunity to choose from a menu of skills-based sessions on topics ranging from budgeting to digital to VAN. After Academy 201, participants will be connected to our Careers which include resume coaching, interview prep, and networking to help them land their dream job in politics. Apply today.

To fight back and elect candidates that truly represent our country we need to build winning campaigns. That work must start now by training staff and changing who has access to politics.
