 John, I’m sure you’re tired of hearing about all of the hateful misdeeds that Marjorie Taylor Greene has brought to Washington each and every day, and I wish that our district wasn’t so poorly represented in the national spotlight. But the only way we can move forward is to discuss what went wrong, and how this 14th district can be redeemed in the eyes of our country. In a speech at CPAC, Marjorie Taylor Greene grouped Guam, a US territory, with foreign nations such as China and Russia, calling for tax dollars to be pulled from aiding the territory. This is not how we treat our fellow countrymen. Mistake or not, this blatant act of ignorance deserves an apology, not another attack. When Guam’s congressional delegate and National Guard came offering cookies, Greene lashed out again, calling this attempt at an olive branch “an ambush.” In Georgia, we know the value of kindness and respect, and I’m ready to bring that back to Washington. If you agree that our representatives should be knowledgeable of basic geography and respectful of our fellow citizens and armed forces, join us now!
Greene has surpassed being just a poor representative with this move, she is now an international embarrassment. We must work together to bring back tolerance and understanding to our government, and I believe that I am the leader to do just that. The end of the quarter is just a couple of weeks away, and in order to keep up with our dream of a better Georgia, we need to hit our fundraising goals.
