#VOTEPROCHOICE is a proud member of the 'We Demand More' coalition -- a group of progressive organizations focused on ensuring that women, particularly women of color, are prioritized in COVID-19 relief.

Last night's tragedy in Atlanta illustrates what we've known all along: Women don't just need financial relief, but also protection against racism and misogyny. Our hearts are with the Asian American community, the Atlanta area, and everyone effected by this attack.

Tomorrow night, we're joining activists across the country to discuss the details of the American Rescue Plan, what relief is provided for women and families, and what fights remain ahead.

'We Demand More' Community Convening

Who: Gender-justice activists across the country, alongside the 'We Demand More' coalition -- including partners like MomsRising, Supermajority, Women's March, United State of Women, All* Above All, UltraViolet, and Planned Parenthood

What: A community round-table to share stories with fellow activists, discussing both how the American Rescue Plan provides historic support, and also where it falls short of what this moment requires.
