The House of Representatives passed HR 8, a resolution to require comprehensive background checks for all gun sales. Background checks save lives, and we need to make sure there are no possible loopholes to get any guns into the wrong hands.

If the Senate passes this resolution, it will be the first federal gun safety measure in 25 years. Since then, we have lost hundreds of thousands of lives to reckless gun violence and mass shootings.
