"Can I show you what I'm proudest of? I established the first private orphanage in New York City." --Eliza Hamilton in Hamilton, An American Musical
Dear Friends,
In celebration of Graham Windham's 215th anniversary, we invite you to a very special online program, featuring stars from the cast of Hamilton and its creator Lin-Manuel Miranda, on Tuesday, March 30th at 7PM ET.
"Eliza Hamilton's Legacy at Graham Windham" is a free public program that commemorates the founding of our organization in 1806, by an extraordinary American visionary and a close circle of friends. Today Graham Windham makes a life-altering difference with 4,000 children and families who are overcoming some of life's most difficult challenges, by helping to build a strong foundation for life: a safe, loving, permanent family and the preparation to thrive in school and in the world.
Join us for a dramatic reading of 18th and 19th century historical documents (including a love letter from Alexander Hamilton to his beloved Eliza) by Broadway actors Phillipa Soo, Krystal Joy Brown, Stephanie Jae Park, Victoria Scovens, Joanna Jones, Zoe Jensen and Miguel Cervantes.
Free and open to the public. Registration is strongly encouraged.
