Mainstream media outlets have a political agenda. They choose day in and day out to publish fake news and malign conservatives. One stark example of ongoing media bias and fraudulent journalism how they cover President Joe Biden versus their coverage of former President Donald Trump.

Just take a look at the coverage of the border crisis. Trump was attacked for putting migrant children in “tent cities,” but under Biden, tents are now referred to as “soft-sided structures.” [[link removed]] But you and I already knew this was going to happen. Media bias against conservatives has been prevalent for decades. People are “waking up” to the fact that the mainstream media distorts the truth for their own gain.

The New York Times, CNN, the Washington Post…you and I know they have a political agenda. But with the rise of social media there are far more influential outlets spreading propaganda to younger generations. These are companies like BuzzFeed and NowThis News and influencers on TikTok and Instagram.

The audience size of any one of these outlets is far beyond the reach of prime-time television. BuzzFeed has tens of millions of social media followers, and they have more than 3.2 billion content views a month.

So what can you and I do about it?

From time to time, I will send you an Action Alert when I or the AIM team spot something that is misleading or outright false.

When I sent an Action Alert on this story to our email list, it only took two hours for BuzzFeed’s editor to reach out to me pleading for the massive influx of emails from our supporters to stop if they correct the headline.
